MoneyTO introduced money transfers in Lari

British money transfer operator MoneyTO Ltd launched Lari remittance service to Georgia (Saqartvelo) available online in the United Kingdom and all over Eurozone.
Remittances remain a very significant part of the household's income in Georgia, amid estimated 470 000 Georgians living and working outside of the sun and wine - blessed country.
According to the National Bank of Georgia, in August 2018 alone, USD 135.6 million has been remitted to Georgia, with the leading senders being Italy and Greece (USD16.2 and 12.6 million respectively), followed by Spain, Germany, Poland, France and UK.

MoneyTO offers money transfers to Lithuania bank accounts for just One Pound

MoneyTO Ltd clients enjoy one pound fee on their remittances to Lithuania bank accounts.
Close to 180,000 Lithuanians live in the UK, according to the Office for National Statistics. Lithuanians are now the second largest group in the UK among the Eastern Europe migrants. Last year, they have transferred in excess of 290 million pounds back to Lithuania (Finder.com), supporting their families, paying bills, repaying mortgages and other loans.
Customers often complained, however, about high fees and exorbitant foreign exchange rates high street banks usually charge.
For just one pound, it is now possible to send money to the bank account at Swedbank Lithuania, Luminor AB, SEB Banka and other Lithuanian banks in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda as well as the other cities and towns in Lithuania.
All it takes is to go through a very straightforward registration procedure on the MoneyTO website, and then you are free to use your VISA or MC to send money online.

MoneyTo offers a very good exchange rate between the British Pound and the Euro. The pricing is absolutely transparent and there are no hidden fees or commissions.

Galina Selicka, CEO of MoneyTo:
“ Our mission had always been to provide a high quality and fairly priced money transfer service to the migrants and their families. After getting numerous requests from our customers to include Lithuanian bank account transfers into our offering, we decided to launch this project, which took about 8 weeks to complete. We see a good demand, and will soon be expanding it to the other countries as well.“

MoneyTO strikes a deal with I-Transfer Global Payments on Italy payouts

Moneyto Ltd has entered into the agreement with I-Transfer Global Payments EP SA enabling Moneyto customers to pick-up cash in Italy.
Money transfers from the UK to Italy is historically a very robust corridor as many Italians find either a temporary work in the UK or settle there for good. With family ties remaining particularly strong in Italy, the regular money transfers to the parents and other family members, still remaining in Italy, is a widely spread phenomenon.

Oftentimes, however, these transfers are either costly or restrictive in the way they are being executed. Providing cash pick-ups in a matter of minutes, Moneyto gives customers a choice, as to how they want to get their remittances done.
In 2017 alone, Italians transferred, according to the British comparison website Finder.com, from the UK back to Italy, in excess of a staggering 350 million pounds.
Says Moneyto CEO Galina Selicka: Italy is clearly an important part of our roadmap to expand Moneyto presence in continental Europe. Addition of 150 outlets-strong network in Italy is an important milestone, and we look forward to working together with I-Transfer team to further enhance our services to hard-working migrants and their families.
